Bertram Church of Christ is a family of Christians committed to following Jesus. We believe there is only one true, eternal God who co-exists equally in three Persons: God the Father; God the Son (Jesus Christ); and, God the Holy Spirit. We believe God is fully revealed in the person of Jesus Christ; therefore, we desire to see all people transformed into His disciples.
Bertram Church of Christ is a Bible-centered community. We believe the Bible is the inspired word of God. The sixty-six books of the Bible make up God’s complete, final, reliable and authoritative revelation to mankind.
Bertram Church of Christ is a worshipping community. We gather each Lord’s Day to honor God and celebrate our victory over death through His Son. We set aside time each week to commemorate the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ by sharing together in the Lord’s Supper. We believe that all we have comes from The Father; therefore, we offer our worship to Him through our songs, prayers, fellowship, preaching, giving and dedication in service.
Bertram Church of Christ is a mission-minded community. We believe Jesus commissioned all Christians to go everywhere sharing the Good News of God. We are called to be faithful to this commission in Central TX, as well as the world. We support missions in Africa, South America, Eastern Europe, Indonesia, and Philippines.
Bertram Church of Christ is a committed community. We believe the saved make up God’s universal family called the church. The church is simply those people who by faith are saved. As God’s family, we are the body of Christ on earth, committed to love, serve, seek and teach.
